10 Best Disney World Rides Without Height Requirements

        Height requirements are a common issue that families will face when they attend almost any amusement/theme park. Despite being considered one of the most family oriented theme parks on Earth, Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida has many of the same height restriction difficulties that other parks seem to have. 
        With all of the options, Disney World gives their guests, on which safe-for-all rides there are, here is a list of the top 10 best Disney World rides without any added height restrictions.

  1. Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railroad
        Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railroad is one of Walt Disney World's relatively newer rides and is located towards the center of Disney's Hollywood Studios theme park. On this ride, the passenger embarks on a railroad ride, conducted by Mickey's close friend and colleague, Goofy. Shortly after the train ride begins, there is a malfunction with the train and Goofy fails to notice your cart which has now drifted off onto an unknown path through a variety of scenic areas. It will be shaky, bumpy, and loads of fun as you and the rest of the passengers find your way back to the conductor before the ride comes to a halt. 

    2. Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin

        Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin is an exciting and interactive ride, located within Disney's Magic Kingdom, that shrinks you down to the size of a toy. On this ride, the beloved space ranger, Buzz Lightyear, has recruited you and many others to join him on a mission from Space Command. Your Mission: bring down the evil Emperor Zurg and his minions before it's too late. You'll need to practice your aim and listen to commands, but I have a feeling that you have what it takes to accept this mission and become the best scoring space ranger there is.



    3. Toy Story Mania

        Similar to the theme and ride techniques needed for Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin, Toy Story Mania is a ride, located in Disney's Hollywood Studios, which shrinks you down to the size of a toy. On this ride, you will compete against both friends and strangers to see who the ultimate toy is. You will compete in many aim and strategy based target games in which you will follow the commands of Andy's toys and aim to beat the daily high score. Do you have what it takes to make it in the toy box?

    4. Journey Into Imagination With Figment

        Journey Into Imagination With Figment is a fun and exciting ride, located in Disney's Epcot. On this ride, guests are taken on a tour of a scientific facility that specializes in the study of the brain, specifically the study of imagination. You will find your own imagination running wild through the help of Figment, a small and funny pink and purple dragon. Along side Dr. Nigel Channing, Figment will teach you all about the importance of using your imagination despite the ordeal you are going through. Growing up can be boring. Let Figment help make it fun again!

    5. The Many Adventures of Winnie The Pooh

        The Many Adventures of Winnie The Pooh is a charming ride, located in Disney's Magic Kingdom, which follows the adventures of a small and lovable bear named Pooh. As you travel through a story book in a honey pot, you will get to experience many fun tales from Pooh's life, including meeting his friends, searching for honey and even floating down the river in a honey pot. As you may have guessed from Pooh's love of honey, this ride is much sweeter than any others in the Disney Parks.

    6. The Haunted Mansion

        The Haunted Mansion is by far one of the spookiest rides to exist on Disney property. This ride is located inside of Disney's Magic Kingdom and takes it's guests on a tour of the most haunted place around. As you start your haunted tour, you will find yourself meeting many creepy, yet charming ghosts and ghouls. By careful as the hitchhiking ghosts may attempt to climb into your cars and follow you home. Despite the haunting which takes place on the mansion grounds, this is a free tour that you won't want to miss.
 
    7. Kilimanjaro Safaris

        Kilimanjaro Safaris is your typical and delightful African safari which is located in Disney's Animal Kingdom. As you embark on your safari ride, stay on the look out for any and all animals that are listed on the seat in front of you. Your tour guide will point out the animals spotted and tell you a little bit more about each one as you drive along, so don't worry if you didn't see one. The safari is amazing and peaceful, so make sure to be mindful of the animals and their habitats. Don't disturb their sleep if you wouldn't want them disturbing yours.

    8. It's A Small World

        It's A Small World is a ride, located in Disney's Magic Kingdom, which takes you on an adventure to explore the different cultures of the world. On this ride, you will see many different aspects of different cultures portrayed through small figurines and hear the native language of each as they all constantly sing the beloved song that reminds us that "it's a small world after all." Though the boats can be slow, your mind will racing in awe of all around you. This ride is a must at the Magic Kingdom.

    9. Frozen Ever After

        Frozen Ever After is an adventurous ride, located in Disney's Epcot, where guests get to visit all of their favorite characters and friends from the kingdom of Arendelle. On this enchanting boat ride, you will get to meet characters like Anna, Elsa, Kristoff and Olaf as they prepare a wonderful celebration for you and your company to enjoy. The ride may be chilly, but you will feel warm inside as you feel the love of all of your Frozen friends.
    10. Dumbo The Flying Elephant

        Dumbo The Flying Elephant is a classic ride, located in Disney's Magic Kingdom, in which Dumbo himself will take you on a ride. As you climb onto the lovable elephant's back and take flight, you and other passengers will have the chance to tell Dumbo where to fly (up or down) for the duration of your flight before he comes back down with a swift landing. You won't find yourself being afraid of heights when your with this magnificent character, so go on and take a ride.

These 10 rides are only a portion of the Walt Disney World rides that the entire family can ride together. There are many more rides in the different parks that don't have height requirements.
